<p>Looking for a great opportunity to proactively work with the supply base and ensure their quality systems are set up to consistently produce 100% within specification? We are looking for a high energy person with an attention to detail who can work with our supply base and ensure APQP is implemented. </p>
<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>This position reports to the Supplier Quality Manager and will provide you with the responsibilities of:</p>
<ul>
<li>Working closely with the product groups to understand the new components and assemblies that will be released for production and ensuring the suppliers are ready from a quality systems standpoint – manage APQP</li>
<li>Communicating quality requirements to the suppliers and reviewing PPAP’s</li>
<li>Reporting to Senior Management on the COQ metric and the progress of all activities related to achieving the goal</li>
<li>Auditing the suppliers quality systems and ensuring they are doing what they say they are doing – diving into the detail with a hands-on approach</li>
<li>Ensuring suppliers are capable of producing within the specifications provided and the Cpk is acceptable</li>
<li>Solving supplier induced production quality issues by taking the lead, assembling the key players and driving the problem to systemic resolution including dispositioning any affected inventory</li>
<li>Issuing and following up on Corrective Action requests – ensuring satisfactory completion</li>
<li>Ensuring Gauge R&amp;R studies, MSA and process capability studies are done correctly and reviewing the information with the suppliers</li>
<li>Working with Manufacturing Engineers in PFMEA development and Design Engineers in DFMEA development</li>
<li>Providing training in quality systems for new and existing customers</li>
<li>Conduct customer feedback surveys</li>
<li>Participating in improvement teams and driving waste out of the processes </li>
</ul>
<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS </p>
<p>An excellent candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five years experience as a Quality Engineer with experience working with suppliers used for durable goods assemblies</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred</li>
<li>Must be an expert in PPAP</li>
<li>Strong understanding of measuring equipment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ISO/TS/QS Quality Systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of calibration, inspection methods, blue print reading (GD&amp;T), statistics, quality charting, and process capability</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills – ability to keep a level head in tense situations</li>
<li>Ability to lead improvement teams</li>
<li>Up to 25% travel is required </li>
</ul>

<p>Looking for a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company in the Twin Cities? We are looking for a high energy Plant Quality Engineer with a strong background in plant quality to ensure flawless product launches and continual improvement of the COQ metrics. </p>
<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>This position reports to the Operations Manager and will provide you with the responsibilities of:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing the new product introduction quality processes and revisions to existing assemblies.</li>
<li>Establishing control plans for new and existing assemblies based on process capability and historical run data</li>
<li>Investigating issues, performing root cause analysis and leading the corrective action process</li>
<li>Reporting to Senior Management on (COQ) and managing improvement activities</li>
<li>Managing the daily audits and taking corrective action on issues</li>
<li>Working with SQE’s and Purchasing to ensure supplier corrective action is complete</li>
<li>Managing quality data from the process and ensuring the proper controls are in place to consistently produce product to specifications</li>
<li>Ensuring Gauge R&amp;R studies, MSA and process capability studies are done correctly</li>
<li>Working with Manufacturing Engineers in PFMEA development and Design Engineers in DFMEA development</li>
<li>Ensuring the ISO quality requirements are met and further develop the program</li>
<li>Providing training in quality systems for new and existing employees</li>
<li>Sharing quality data with production personnel and getting them engaged in improvement activities </li>
</ul>
<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS </p>
<p>An excellent candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five years experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of measuring equipment</li>
<li>Must have a Bachelor’s degree, technical discipline preferred with certifications from ASQ</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ISO Quality Systems and the ability to write and modify work instructions and policies</li>
<li>Must have experience with APQP</li>
<li>Knowledge of calibration, inspection methods, blue print reading (GD&amp;T), statistics, quality charting, and process capability</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills – ability to keep a level head in tense situations</li>
<li>Ability to use data to explain why product can’t ship if they are non-conforming and ensuring corrections or deviations are completed</li>
<li>Ability to lead improvement teams </li>
</ul>

<p>This position reports to the Engineering Manager and will provide you with the responsibilities of:</p>

<li>Designing the next generation of engine cooling systems for key clients</li>
<li>Working closely with customers and Applications Engineers to ensure the design meets all specifications required and has the correct safety factor built in</li>
<li>Developing and overseeing the DVP&amp;R, FEA, DFMEA and DFM activities</li>
<li>Evaluating and testing potential cost reduction ideas from customers, manufacturing and suppliers</li>
<li>Specifying the testing requirements and overseeing the testing process</li>
<li>Supporting the on-going improvements of existing products to design or process, processing ECR’s, and providing technical support</li>
<li>Working with customers, sales, and marketing to discuss the VOC and generating designs that will meet specific customer or market requirements</li>
<li>Providing technical service in the field to include diagnosing issues, working with customers to resolve application issues, and tracking failure trends</li>

<li>A minimum of 3 years HR experience as a Generalist in a manufacturing environment</li>

<p>Looking for an opportunity to apply your management experience to a rapidly growing company located in Wisconsin? Our client is looking for an experienced Value Stream Manager with a proven background in cost reduction. This position is a gateway for upward mobility, all the way to a Director of Operations position within a few short years. </p>
<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>This position will provide you with the responsibilities of: </p>
<ul>
<li>Managing the work activities of a large group of people (50+) consisting of maintenance supervisors, technicians and buyers</li>
<li>Maintaining the Lean Manufacturing efforts of the plant, coordinating Lean activities and events</li>
<li>Working closely with the Maintenance Planner and Production Scheduler to schedule preventative activities</li>
<li>Creating performance improvement plans and measuring employees against these</li>
<li>Developing a preventative maintenance schedule and facilities work order system to track maintenance labor hours and hold mechanics accountable for their performance</li>
<li>Leading cost reduction projects, capital projects and efficiency improvement projects</li>
<li>Providing process improvement suggestions and encouraging improvement activities throughout the plant</li>
<li>Working with plant operations, sales, R&amp;D and Marketing to assist in launching new products from a facility capability perspective</li>
<li>Maintaining department budget </li>
</ul>
<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>An excellent candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years in the manufacturing industry</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years experience managing a large groups of people in a production environment</li>
<li>Previous experience in a union environment preferred</li>
<li>Strong Lean Manufacturing background- familiarity with VSM, TPM and other Lean principles and methods</li>
<li>Experience with the printing or paper/film converting industry a plus</li>
<li>Prior mechanical/electrical maintenance experience a plus </li>
</ul>
<p>This position will provide you the experience of demonstrating you can be an effective team leader. This is a high visibility position that will interface with the senior leadership team. Your success in this position will make you a leading candidate for senior positions. </p>

<p>This person is vital to the operations of a growing community bank. The position reports to the Vice President of Lending and provides you with the responsibilities of:</p>

<li>Analyzing financial information and credit reports to evaluate degree of risk.</li>
<li>Preparing recommendations for the bank’s loan committee.</li>
<li>Conducting in-depth review of balance sheet and profit and loss statements presented by applicants for Agri loans or lines of credit.</li>
<li>Analyzing the appraisals of real estate, equipment and chattel used as loan collateral.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assessing liquidity, quality of management, market position and overall agri business climate to estimate future profitability.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<li>Recent ISU graduates who majored in agri related fields are encouraged to apply.</li>

<li>Superior PC skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and use of the internet.</li>

<p>JOB DESCRIPTION </p>
<p>This position will provide you with the responsibilities of:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring all production meets quality requirements and schedules are met</li>
<li>Ensuring all safety requirements are adhered to</li>
<li>Continually improving employee skill level through the company training programs, training all new employees on your shift</li>
<li>Providing clear communication with the other shift Production Supervisors and Production Manager</li>
<li>Supporting/implementing/maintaining 5S/lean initiatives – driving the continual improvement program and supporting Kaizen events</li>
<li>Performing root cause analysis when issues arise and ensuring they are corrected</li>
<li>Developing staffing requirements based on production schedules </li>

<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS </p>
<p>An excellent candidate with have the following skills and qualifications:</p>

<li>Bachelor degree in Management or Engineering desired, equivalent work experience as a Production Supervisor required</li>
<li>Passion for leading people and driving change</li>
<li>Previous experience working with multiple shifts</li>
<li>Excellent one on one communication abilities</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills, and provide strong leadership</li>
<li>Experience in managing a P &amp; L/department budget</li>
<li>Technical understanding of production machinery, maintenance</li>
<li>Strong background and understanding of safety requirements</li>
<li>Experience implementing and improving Lean principles and continuous improvements.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of printing, paper converting or film processes required </li>
</ul>
