• Developing goals and objectives, communicating with the team and engaging the team in continually improving every aspect of the business
• Leading, motivating and developing the skills of the group consisting of 30 – 40 employees
• Developing the long range strategy including capital equipment expenditures and headcount
• Working across multiple functions and doing whatever it takes to complete the job
• Staying current with new technology and methods and ensuring the operation is on the leading edge 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

An excellent candidate with have the following skills and qualifications:

• Must have 5 years of experience leading a CNC precision machining operation
• Bachelors degree required – Manufacturing Engineering background preferred
• Strong understanding of CNC machining equipment and tooling
• A working knowledge of ISO Quality Systems requirements along with Production Part Approval Processes
• Demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills, and provide strong leadership in a production environment
