POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a new Recruiter, you will learn how to be a “talent scout” for our clients, finding individuals that clearly distinguish themselves from their peers. You will then be challenged to develop business and consult with some of the most recognized companies in the world and provide them with first class service dramatically influencing their ability to succeed through their most important asset: PEOPLE.
This position will provide you the responsibilities of:
- Increasing the existing client base through marketing calls and using the MRI collaborative recruiting process
- Building close relationships with your clients and understanding their professional staffing needs
- Finding the best candidates in the market and presenting opportunities that will advance them personally and professionally
- Using the MRI 24-step process to place the highest qualified individuals in the job positions that they will have the greatest impact at creating a win/win for both the client and the candidate
- Partnering with clients to provide only the best candidates so the client knows that your service is the best in the business
- Developing relationships with other MRI Account Executives to help fill their search assignments and yours
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
An excellent candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience within either the Banking, Healthcare or Manufacturing Industry
- Desire for a career where your pay is a direct result of your effort with a monthly draw and commission based pay system
- Previous sales or related experience helpful, outgoing personality a must!
- Great listening skills and customer service abilities
- Highly organized and able to plan effectively
- No fear of the phone and communicating with decision makers
- Ability to ask tough questions and screen candidates
- Previous experience cold-calling
- Able to handle rejection
- Desire to work in a fast-paced yet fun environment
- A great understanding of people and willingness to learn the business
- A solid understanding of industry
