Field Service Technician – Bilingual
– Mexico and Latin America

Looking for a great opportunity to
use your electro-mechanical skills to help commission new equipment and solve
customer issues with complex mining equipment? We are looking for a Bilingual
Field Service Technician to support our operation and build great relationships
with our customers.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position reports to the Service
Manager and is considered a key staff member.

This position will provide you with
the responsibilities of:

• Providing support at the customer site for new vehicle
  commissioning and trouble shooting
• Documenting the service work and providing summary
  reports to the customer and Service Manager
• Training customer technicians on the procedures for
  safely running the equipment, trouble shooting methods and maintenance
• Assembling and installing equipment at the customer
  site
• Coordinating the travel and customer contacts to ensure
  the customer is prepared
• Working with design to communicate field issues that
  require design modifications
• Managing your schedule with the Service Manager
  according to the priorities discussed
• Being flexible for reactive issues and traveling on
  short notice

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

An excellent candidate will have the
following skills and qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred in mechanical, hydraulic or
  electrical
• A minimum of 5 years as a Field Service technician
  within the heavy off road, construction, mining, agricultural products or
  similar industries
• A strong understanding of safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Good written and oral skills
• Strong team player with a track record of delivering
  projects on time and within budget
• Up to 95% travel may be required
