Chief Executive Officer

Looking for an opportunity to be a key contributor for a banking organization in North Central Wisconsin?  Our client is looking for an experienced Lending Officer with a desire to take the next step in their career.

Job Description

This position reports to the Board of Directors of a growing, well established bank and will provide will you the responsibilities of:

• Maintaining and growing bank operations as well as P&L management.
• Training, monitoring and motivating staff.
• Enforcing standards and procedures.
• Ensuring bank compliance to state and federal standards
• Reporting to all governmental bodies 

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a financial institution.
• Complete understand of all areas of lending (commercial, residential, and agricultural).
• SBA and RDA knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of bank systems and processing practices.
• Excellent client service skills
• Familiarity and understanding of applicable banking laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail is required along with a willingness to learn and expand responsibility.
